RESOLUTION NO. 335
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMEND-
ING DENIAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY TO REZONE FROM SINGLE RESIDENTIAL 8000 SQUARE FEET (RS-8)
TO MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY (RML)'THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-1-70
WHEREAS the Planning Commission'of'the City of Edmonds,
pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing
on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of said City to.
redesignate the real property described in Planning Commission File
No. R-1-70 from Single Residential 6000 Square Feet (RS-6) to
Multiple Residential, Low Density (RML); and
WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in Exhibit
"A11 attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the.
real property described'in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should not
be redesignated; now, therefore,'
BE IT RESOLVED, that recommendation be and the same
hereby is made to the City Council of the.City of Edmonds that
the proposed amendment be denied.
