Resolution 344PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 344 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOM- MENDING DENIAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY TO REZONE FROM SINGLE RESIDENTIAL, 8000 SQUARE FEET (RS-8) TO MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY (RML) THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING.COMMISSION FILE NO.,R-6-70 WHEREAS the.Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to Proper' notice and publication, held a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the official zoning map of said City to redesignate the.real property described in Planning Commission File No. R-6-70 from Single Residential, 8000 Square Feet (RS-8) to Multiple Residential, Low Density (RML); and WHEREAS, having made the.findings set.forth in Exhibit "A" attached'hereto, the.Planning Commission determined that the. real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should not be redesignated'; now, therefore,.
