RESOLUTION NO. 345
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOM-
MENDING APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL STREET
MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING A 60 FT. RIGHT-OF-WAY STREET EX-
TENDING NORTHWARD FROM 234TH STREET S.W: FOR A DISTANCE OF ABOUT
600 FEET WITH PROVISIONS FOR A VEHICULAR TURNAROUND, AS SET
FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. ST-2-70
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a
public hearing on a proposal to amend the Official Street Map
of said City by.establishifig a 60 foot right-of-way street ex-
tending northward from 234th Street'S. W. for a distance of
approximately 600 ft., with provisions for a vehicular turn-
around; and
WHEREAS, having made the.findings set forth in Ex-
hibit "A" attached hereto, the.Planning Commission determined
that such amendment shown in Exhibit "B" should be made; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the.Planning Commission of said
City that recommendation be and the same hereby is made to
said City Council that the proposed amendment to the.Official
Street Plan be approved.
