Resolution 348PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 348 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOM- MENDING THE APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZON- ING MAP OF SAID CITY TO REZONE FROM MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY (RML) TO SINGLE RESIDENTIAL, 8000 SQUARE FEET (RS-8), THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. R-8-70 WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the.City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Map of said City to redesignate the.real property described in Planning Commission File No. R-8-70 from Multiple Residen- tial, Low Density (RML) to Single Residential, 8000 Square Feet (RS-8); and WHEREAS, having made the.findings set forth in Exhibit 1PA" attached hereto, the.Planning Commission deter - minted that the real property described in Exhibit "B" at- tached hereto should be redesignated; be it RESOLVED, that recommendation be and the same here- by is made to the City Council of the City of Edmonds that the proposed amendment be.approved.
