WfMtW therm was a request for an amendment of the Comprehensive Plan of the
City of fonds to relocate the present proposed 12th Avenue North, the Plan-
ning Commission did set a public hearing for January 169 1961 on sych request,
and,
WHAM it appeared proper publication was effected and cards were directed
to the surrounding property owners, a public hearing was held on January 16,
1961, and,
WHEREAS the said public hearing was well attended by surroxmding property,
owners and there appeared to be no objections of any kind presented formal
or informal,
N(YW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds recommends to the City Council of the City of Edmonds that the
comprehensive plan wherein it relates to the proposed 12th Avenue North that
being the same be amended to conform with the City Engineer's drawing No.
8.5A dated January 16, 1961 to relocate 12th Avenue North to a point approxi-
mately 150 feet East of its present location on said comprehensive plan.
