Resolution 351PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 351 A RESOLUTION TO THE.CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CITY CODE OF SAID CITY PROPOSING ALTERNATE STANDARDS FOR RESIDENTIAL ACCESS STREETS, AS SET FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. ST-2-71. WHEREAS, the. Planning Commission of the City of'Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on a proposal to amend the.City Code of said City by proposing alternate standards for residential access streets; and WHEREAS, having made the.findings set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that such amendment shown in Exhibit "B" should be made; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the'Planning Commission of said City that recommendation be and the same hereby is made to said City Council that the.proposed amendment be approved.
