EXHIBIT : "Ar'
During the.past four years, only two or three situations
have occurred where a number of properties'have:been in-
cluded in a rezone proposal initiated by a single owner.
In Edmonds, there is presently little danger'in allowing
one property owner.to.make an application for rezone on
his and adjoining property., Because of the.small hazard
and the infrequency of such cases, the'.proposed ordinance
amendment is unnecessary.
