RESOLUTION NO. 375
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ED!4ONDS RECOM-
MENDING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION
FILE NO. AZ-1-72, RECEgTLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND
ZONED BY THE COUNTY AS RR-8400, RURAL RESIDENTIAL 8400, BE RE-
ZONED TO RS-8, SIPIGLE RESIDENTIAL 3000.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds,
pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing
to establish City zoning classifications on the real property des-
cribed in Planning Commission File No. AZ-1-72 recently annexed
to the City; and
WHEREAS, having made the finding set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the real
property described in Exhibit "S" attached hereto should be rezoned
from County Rural Residential 8400 (RR-8400) to Edmond's Single
Residential 8000 (RS-8); therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that recommendation be and the same hereby
is made to said City Council that the proposed zoning classification
be approved.

EXHIBIT "A"
The subject area proposed for Single Residential 8000 is bounded on
the west, south and north by County Zoning RR-8400 and on the east
by City of Edmonds Zoning RS-3. It is the Commission's belief
that RS-8 zoning is more appropriate than any other type of dis-
trict.

No. 3, according to the plat therof recorded in
Volume 16 of plats, page 36, records of Snohomish
County, Washington; and
Tract 11, Block 7, Alde mood Manor No. 9, accord-
ing to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of
Plats, page 6, records of Snohomish County, Wash-
ington;
EXCEPT the North 420 feet thereof.
