EXHIBIT "A"
The subject property adjoins Neighborhood Business Zoning at
the Five Corners business area. The proposal is not in con-
flict with the Comprehensive Plan. Approximately 80% of the
existing BN zoned property in this area is developed with busi-
ness uses. This business center is quite small in relationship
to most neighborhood business centers and it is reasonable to
permit its enlargement.
