RESOLUTION NO. 384
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOM-
MENDING DENIAL OF A PROPOSED EAST -WEST PUBLIC STREET EXTENDING
WESTERLY OF 76th AVENUE WEST FOR ABOUT 400 FEET AND ALIGNED WITH
192nd PLACE S.W. AS SET FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO.
ST-3-72.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds,
pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing
on a proposed amendment to the Official Street Map establishing an
east -west public street extending westerly of 76th Avenue West for
about 400 feet and aligned with 192nd Place S.W., and
WHEREAS, having made the findings that grading, drainage
and owner coordination problems tend to discourage this proposal,
the Planning Commission determined that the Official Street Map
should not be amended; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission of said City
that recommendation be and the same hereby is made to said City
Council that the proposed amendment be.denied.
