Planning Commission Resolution No. 402
"EXHIBIT A"
It was the.finding of the Planning Commission that the designation
of Public Use is a very loose designation with no regulations in the
Zoning Code covering land development. This property is quite small
and is the only parcel of land lying on the east side of Admiral Way
which is not zoned for Commercial Waterfront uses. The property is
immediately south of the Anchor Marine property which was recently
annexed and recommended by the.Planning Commission for Commercial
Waterfront zoning. The Commercial Waterfront designation is not
adverse to the use now being made of the property by the Port of
Edmonds.

the true point ❑f beginning; thence southeasterly
along a line perpendicular t❑ Admiral Way and the
Burlington Northern Railroad about 150 feet to the
west margin of the Railroad; thence southwesterly
