RESOLUTION NO. 414
A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO.
AZ-2-73, RECENTLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND ZONED BY THE
COUNTY AS MR, BE REZONED TO RML, MULTI -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of
Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public
hearing to establish City zoning classification on the real property
described in Planning Commission File No. AZ-2-73 recently annexed
to the City by Ordinance Number 1666; and
WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined
that the real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto
should be rezoned from County Multiple Residential (MR) to Edmonds
Multi -family Residential, Low Density (RML); now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that recommendation be and the same
hereby is made to said City Council that the proposed zoning classi-
fication be approved.

The subject property is bounded by City of Edmonds Multi -family
Residential Low Density (RML) and Single Residential. It is the
Commission's belief that RML zoning is in keeping with the MR
zoning in the County and in the best interest of the residents of
the recently annexed area.
