Resolution 427PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 427 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMEND- ING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. AZ-3-73, BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND ZONED BY THE COUNTY AS NB, BE REZONED TO BN, NEIGHBORHOOD BUSINESS. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing to establish City zoning classification on the real orop- erty described in Planning Commission File No. AZ-3-73, being annexed to the City, and WHEREAS, having rude the findings set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the real ;property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should be rezoned from County Neighborhood Business (NB) to Edmonds Neighbor- hood Business (BA); now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that recommendation he and the same here- by is made to said City Council that the proposed zoning classifi- cation he approved.
