Resolution 428PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 428 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECMMEND- ING THAT CERTAIN PROPERTIES DESCRIBED IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. AZ-4-73, BEING ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF EDMONDS AND ZONED BY THE COUNTY AS MR, BE REZONED TO RML, MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, LOW DENSITY. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing to establish City zoning classification on the real property des- cribes! in Planning Commission File No. AZ-4-73, being annexed to the City, and WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the real property described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto should be rezoned from County Multiple Residential to RMIL, Edmonds Multiple Residential, Low Density; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED, that recommendation be and the same hereby is made to said City Council that the proposed zoning classification be approved.
