"PYNTRTT All
It was the finding of the Planning Commission that the residential
element of the Comprehensive Plan and the Zoning Map should remain
as presently designated as the land presently zoned Multiple Family
Residential abutts a state route and community arterial and resources
available to buffer the said residences is more readily available for
multiple zoned property than single family detached. The life style
of the occupants of Multiple Family is more compatible adjacent to
major travel ways because children and uncontrolled pets are not
usually associated with Multiple Family dwellings, and the policies
guiding the development of residential properties within the City of
Edmonds are in need of review.
