Resolution 434PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 434 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE SECTION 12.13.170 (c), (2), MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. ZO-4-74. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public hearing on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Ordinance of said City, Sec- tion 12.13.170 (c) (2), to change minimum setback requirements for side - yard to 10 feet where abutting an R classified zone, and WHEREAS, having made the findings set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto, the Planning Commission determined that the amendment as set forth in "Exhibit B", attached, should be adopted; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission recommends and forwards to the City Council of the City of Edmonds, that the proposed amendment to Section 12.13.170 (c) (2) of the Zoning Ordinance as set forth in "Exhibit B", attached hereto, be approved.
