Resolution 489RESOLUTION NO. 489 A RESOLUTION TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY TO CORRECT SECTIONS 12.13.150 (3) PERMITTED USES IN BN DISTRICTS, AND SECTION 12.13.270 (35) PERMITTED USES IN CG DISTRICTS, WITH REFERENCE TO CRISIS CENTERS PROVIDING 24 HOUR ACCESSIBILITY, AS SET FORTH IN PLANNING COMMISSION FILE NO. ZO-12-75. WHFKEA.S, the Planning Cmr isikC= of the City of Edmonds, pursuant to proper notice and publication, held a public- hearing on a proposed amendment to the Official Zoning Ordinance, Sections 12.13.150 (3) Permitted Uses in EN Districts, and 12.13.270(35) Permitted Uses in CG Districts with reference to Crisis Centers providing 24 hour accessibility, and Vmn;EAS, it was determined by the Planning Commission that an error was made in the original resolution and therefore, the correction as set forth in "Exhibit A" attached hereto, should be adopted; now, therefore BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission reccnrnends and forwards to the City Council of said City, that the proposed anzend- went to Section 12.13.150(3) Permitted Uses in EN Districts, and 12.13.270 (35) Permitted Uses in CG Districts, with reference to Crisis Centers, as set forth in.
