TABLE OF CONDITIONAL USES
CHANGE: "Excavations other than simple foundation."
TO: "Excavations of 1,000 cu. yards or more".
CHANGE: "Landfills, reclamation to improve steep,
low or otherwise unusable land".
TO: "Landfills of 1,000 cu. yards or more".
All landfills of SO cu. yards or more are required to obtain
a permit from the Building Department and are reviewed by
the Engineering, Planning and Building Departments. This
amendment will not change the technical review of fill plans
but will shorten the processing time by allowing the
Building Department to issue the permit without sending it
first to the Board of Adjustment, which usually approves
fill plans subject to engineering requirements.
