Resolution 005RESOLUTION NO. OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS WHEREAS, the Planning Commission feels it is necessary to project a right-of-way for Glen St, and Mountain Lane in accordance with the study conducted thereon, and Tr1=AS, the same appears to be necessary and advisable as a part of the general Comprehensive Plan for street development and WHEREAS, July 15, 1957 has been regularly set as a public hearing for the projection of Glen St, from loth Avenue westerly to 9th Avenue, and Mountain Lane between 9th and lOth Avenue, NOW, THJRTWORE, IT IS HEFEBY 1ESOLVED: That the Planning Commis- sion of the City of Edmonds hereby recommends to the Edmonds City Council that Glen St. be projected westerly from loth Avenue to 9th Avenue, and that the right-of-way of said street be 20 feet in width, 10 feet on either side of the centerline of Tract $, Puget Sound Machinery Depot 5-Acre tracts; and that Mountain Lane be widened to a 20-foot right-of-way between 9th and 10th Avenue by the addition of 7.5 feet from Tract 6; all as shoran on that certain addition to the official street map of the City of Edmonds dated July 15, 1957 (File No. 5,5-03), three copies of which are hereto attached and made a part thereof, and three copies of which shall be attached to the ordinance and made a part thereof.
