Resolution 057RESOLUTION No.- 57 WHEREAS there was a request for the amendment of the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Edmonds to project a sixty (60) foot right of way, relating to the establishment of 76th Avenue West as a sixty (60) foot street from the North King County Line at 244th Street S.W. to the North City limits at 206th Street S.W., including that portion thereof redesignated as 25th Avenue South, and situated between Primary State Highway No. 1, and the North margin of 206th Street S.W., the Planning Commission did set a public hearing for January 15, 1962, on such request, and, WHEREAS it appeared proper publication was effected and a public hearing was held on January 15, 1962, and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds recommends to the City Council of the City of Edmonds, that the Comprehensive Plan be amended where it relates to the projected right-of-way of sixty (60) feet in width as indicated on the City Engineer's drawing, NO.
