multiple Family Residential is the most consistent with the proper development
and use of said property and for the general welfare of the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Planning Commission of the
City of Edmonds does recommend to the City Council of said City that its
Comprehensive Plan for Zoning be amended in accordance with this Resolution
and that it rezone this property froan R-8 Residential to R-6A multiple Family
Residential.
