AIVD, ; i"rRrAS, this is the time fixed for public hearing to consider rezoning of said area, it appearing that proper notice and.publieation has been effected, a.S, after due consideration of present existing use and sur- rounding neighborhood zoning, it appears that zoning classification of R-6A multiple Family Residential is the most consistent with the proper development and use of said property and for the general welfare of the public, NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Planning Commission of the City of Edmonds does recommend to the City Council of said City that its Comprehensive Plan for Zoning be amended in accordance with this Resolution and that it rezone this property froan R-8 Residential to R-6A multiple Family Residential.
