Beginning at the meander corner common to Section 23 and 24, Township
27 North, Mange 3 East, W.M,; thence south 890421 west 924,24 feet to
the .inner Harbor Line; thence south 240111 west along said Inner Harbor
Line 481.15 feet; thence south 61008, east 688.49 feet, more or less,
to the east line of the Great Northern Railroad Right of Way and the
true point of beginning; thence north 61008t west 688.49 feet, more or
less, to the Inner Harbor Line; thence northerly along said Inner Harbor
Line to a point from wizich the meander corner on the south line of
Goverment Lot 4, Section 1.3, Township 2Z North, Range 3 East, W.M.
bears south 15050 east; thence south 15 54, east to the easterly line
of the Great Northern Railroad Right of day; thence southerly along said
easterly line to the true point of beginning.
Situated in Snohomish County, Washington.
AND, tom, this is the time fixed for public hearing to consider
rezoning of said area, it appearing that proper notice and publication
has been effected,
AND, iZEREAS, after due consideration of present existing use and
surrounding neighborhood zoning, it appears that zoning classification of
P-1 Public Use is the most consistent with the proper development and use
of said property and for the general welfare of the public,
NOW, THMEFU_RE, it is hereby resolved that the Planning Commission of
the City of Edmonds does recommend to the City Council of said City that its
Comprehensive Plan for Zoning be amended in accordance with this Resolution
and that it rezone this property from M-1 Manufacturing to P-1 public Use.
