41ERFAS, certain area legally described as:
Beginning on the westerly production of the northerly line of George
Street (Main Street) as shown on the Plat of .;dmonds, according to plat
recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, pages 26 and 27, records of Snohomish
County, Washington, where the same intersects the easterly line of the
Great Northern Railroad Might of Way; thence north 61008, west, 404.4
feet, more or less, to the Inner harbor Line; thence north 450 east
along said inner Harbor Line 39.16 feet; thence north 24011, east along
said Inner Hsibor Line 1171 feet, more or less, to a point on said
line south 24 111 west 481.15 feet from a point of intersection with a
line which begins at the meander corner com~on to ,sections 23 and 24

Township 27 north, Range 3 i:ast, W.H.; and runs south 89042, vest
feet more or less, to the Inner Harbor Line; thence south 610083 east
688.49 Beet, more or less, to the easterly line of the Great Northern
Railroad Right of Davy; thence southerly along said easterly line to the
point of beginning.
AND, WtOM-Sv the 15th day of July, 1963s at 8:00 P.M., was the date
and time regularly set for public hearing to consider rezoning of said area,
it appearing that proper notice and publication has been effected,
AND, WHEREAS, after due consideration of present existing use and
surrounding neighborhood zoning, it appears that zoning classification of
R-W Restricted Waterfront is the most consistent With the proper development
and use of said property and for the general welfare of the public,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Planning Commission of
the City of Edmonds does recommend to the City Council of said City that its
Comprehensive Plan for Zoning be amended in accordance with this Resolution
and that it rezone this property from M-1 Manufacturing to R-W Restricted
Waterfront.
