Beginning at the meander corner on the south line of Goverruaent Lot 4a
Section 13, Township 27 North, Range 3 East, W.M,j thence north 150541
best to the Inner Harbor Line; thence north h8019130" east along said
Inner Harbor Line to the point of intersection of said line with the
produced north line of said Government Lot W thence easterly along
the said produced north line of Government Lot 4 to the easterly line
of the Great Northern Railway Company's Right of day; thence southerly
along said easterly line to the south line of said Goverment Lot W
thence north 15*541 best to the point of beginning.
Situated in Snohomish County, Washington,
AND, ,kWM-AS, the 15th day of July, 1963, at 8:00 P.M., was the date
and time regularly set for public hearing to consider rezoning of said area,
it appearing that proper notice and publication has been effected,
AND, IXEREAS, after due consideration of present existing use and
surrounding neighborhood zoning, it appears that zoning classification of
S-12 One -Family Residential is the most consistent with the proper
development and use of said property and for the general welfare of the
public,
N013 THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Planning Commission of
the City of Edmonds does recommend to the City Council of said City that its
Comprehensive Plan for Zoning be amended in accordance with this Resolution
and that it rezone this property from M-1 Manufacturing to S-12 One -Family
Residential.
