WHEREAS, the 16th day of September, 1963, at 8:00 p.m., was the date
and time set for public hearing to amend the Comprehensive Plan of the City
of Edmonds by incorporating within said Plan property located in the County
of Snohomish, State of Washington, and described according to Engineer's
Drawing No. 1.232/16, as per the attached legal description,
AND WHEREAS, this is the date and time fixed for said public hearing,
and it appearing that proper notice and publication have been effected,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Planning Commission of
the City of Edmonds recommend to the City Council of said City that the
Comprehensive Plan of the City of Edmonds be amended to incorporate said
legally described property, by adopting Engineer's Map A-29.
