Engineering has reviewed the subject lot line adjustment application. The information
provided is consistent with Title 18 Edmonds Community Development Code & Engineering
standards.
As shown on the survey prepared by Pacific Coast Surveys, Inc and dated September 9, 2017,
both properties are encumbered by sanitary sewer easements (AFN 8306230261 and
9009280512). Parcel B is also encumbered by a roadway easement (AFN1332816 and
2092167). No changes to the easements are proposed or approved with this lot line
adjustment.
