We acquired 10020 —10030 Edmonds Way in February, 2002. The property consisted of two tax parcels. Parcel # 006107 — 002 -007 -00 and 006107 — 002- 008
-02. Snohomish County then consolidated the tax parcels. The current tax parcel # is 006107-002-00-007 -01. Our records indicate the tank was removed in late
2002 or early 2003 when the site was cleared and the current parking lot constructed. It appears Basin Tank & Environmental did the removal. Abbott was the
General Contractor. Hope this is helpful. Appreciate your help.

I just left you a message. I wanted to know who I should talk to see if the City issued a permit to remove an Underground Storage Tank, an oil tank for a furnace,
at 10020 Edmonds Way. I believe the tank was removed by Basin Tank & Environmental, Inc. in 2002 or early 2003. 1 know the City issued a permit to Baker to
remove a tank at 23028 100th Ave West in July, 2002. Baker is no longer in business so I can't track it down through them. I don't think Ecology will have
anything on it but I will contact them. Appreciate you pointing me in the right direction.

The Edmonds City Development Services permitting database earliest record for 10008 Edmonds Way address dates to a tenant improvement
in 1973 for LOS AMIGOS restaurant. A series of restaurants occupied this space. In 1996-1997 the building interiors were demolished and made
into 3 tenant spaces; two restaurants (RANCHO CHICO and CHOPSTICKS CAFE and one Abarim computer (sales and software). Abarim was
replaced by Salon Hair Design (personal care) in 1998. The existing 23028 was utilized as an office. No tank permits show here. 10008 Edmonds
Way building was demolished in 2002 under permits addressed at 23028 100th Ave W. Lot line adjustments and demolition of 3 structures made
way for Bartell's mercantile that was constructed under address 23028 1001h Ave W. Bartell's in 2002 had mechanical permit for 15 ton HVAC
installed with unknown refrigerant. In 2012, mechanical permit was also issued and finaled to replace and relocate those rooftop units. 10016
permits date from 1963, when a sign permit was issued for MISSION BAKERY. Approx. ten mechanical permits have been issued over the years
for five tenant spaces. No tank permits have been issued under this address.
The Edmonds Department of Fire Prevention office has address files on 10008 property dating to May 1971 for CHOPSTICKS CAFE for a fire
permit for installation of dry chemical hood system for commercial cooking. Chopsticks was addressed at 10002 Edmonds (presumably re-
addressed later to 10008). In 1973, another dry chemical hood system for commercial cooking was also installed under fire department permit for
Los Amigos. The restaurants were permitted operationally by Fire Department annually for public assembly.
I recall 23028 100`h Ave W. prior to 2002 as an apparent converted single-family residence turned office space. Landau & Associates used this
building for supplemental administration and they performed some limited laboratory soils testing. Flammable liquids such as hexane and methane
were stored in approved locker on site well under maximum allowable quantities.
The retail complex called Westway Shopping Center consisted of two buildings, (re -)addressed 10008 (south) and 10016 (north) Edmonds Way,
during the 1990s.
10020-30 Edmonds Way was a retail strip mall with office, personal services; salon and travel agent, and retail use. An arson fire occurred at 10026
in 1993 in a telemarketing tenant space. The rest of Prevention file is unremarkable for your purposes.
10032 Edmonds Way was a personal services hair salon in 1981, vacant since 1994. A heating oil tank removal permit was issued and finaled in
1997(attached).

23028 address) and ownership for construction of Bartell's and pad for future developed strip mall to the west. 23028 Edmonds Way, Bartell's, is
