by property owners many years ago. We can not find a drawing or other
data in our files; However, Leif recollects enough information to
indicate the property owners paid for the installation of the sewer
by a contractor.
It is ,therefore, recommended that no connection charges be placed
on the property other than the normal side sewer permit and trunk
charge.
