The Construction and -Maintenance Easement from Arne M. Ferkingstad Jr. and Pam
A. Ferkingstad is for the installation, operation and maintenance of two (2)
storm water culverts at 1015.Cascade Drive, Edmonds.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Council accept the Construction and Maintenance Easement from Arne M.
Ferkingstad Jr. and Pam A. Ferkingstad.

CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT
IN CONSID RATION of benefits to accrue to the grantors herein, the
undersigned,r rje V1 c i k FEI2K%NGSTAD
hereby grants to the CITY —OF EDMONDS, a Mtinicipal.Corporation, a
permanent easement for the installation, operation and maintenance of
two (2) storm water culverts over, across, and through the following
described property and the further right to remove trees, bushes,
undergrowth and other obstructions interfering with the location,
construction and maintenance of said culverts.
The easement hereby granted is located in Section 24, Township 27
North, Range 3 East, W.M., Snohomish County, Washington, and is more
particularly described as follows:
That portion of a 10 foot strip of land which lies within the East
10 feet of the North 75 feet of Lot 4, Plat of Sunset Estate, as
recorded in Volume 20 of plats, Page 79, records of Snohomish
County, Washington.
THE CITY agrees to restore to substantially the original condition
such improvements as are disturbed during the construction, maintenance
and repair of said utility or utilities; provided the grantors, their
heirs, or assigns shall not construct any permanent structure over,
upon, or within the permanent easement.

2. Rebuild the fence using cedar per plan provided 32 feet.
3. Channel creek as shown in sketches.
