Herb Gilbo Director, Public Works Subject: Water Pressure a( 1015 Spruce Street The pressure problem at the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Borgmaster has been temporarily resolved. When the Yost Park water tank is filling, the demand is of such magnitude that it does not allow adequate pressure or volume in the areas of the Borgmaster residence. We have now turned the valve down that feeds the water tank. It will take the tank longer to fill, but will allow better pressure and volume in the area of 1015 Spruce Street. I have coordinated with Leif Larson on this matter; therefore, the Engineering Department is making a study to eliminate the problem permanently.
