The City will be cutting the asphalt to install the new line and agrees to the following: 1. Patch asphalt upon completion. 2. Pay for overlaying to the south part of driveway, approximately 12' x 60' and at the same time we will be paving our complete driveway. 3. Remove and replace the shrubs existing where the City will go through the fence. 4. Neighbors requested a new cedar fence to shield car lights and to provide privacy because of the removal. 5. 4' X 4' border to be replace as existing. 6. Catch basin will be replace 10' to the north to provide good drainage. 7. Gravel will be provided as requested which the cost will be reduced from the paving bill. Authorized: W.E.
