HALL MAYOR To date, you have not responded to a "correction notice" posted at your site in August of 1992 (copy enclosed). The Edmonds Community Development Code requires that a grading permit be issued for earth cuts and fills as outlined by Chapter 70 of the Uniform Building Code. Prior to acceptance by the City of any building permit application, a Critical Areas Checklist determination must be completed by the Planning Division staff. Enclosed is a Critical Areas Checklist form . You must submit this completed form to the Edmonds Planning Division no later than Feb. 28, 1993 or penalties imposed by law may be applied. The result of the Critical Areas Checklist review will determine the next step in the permit process, i.e. whether the fill must be removed, or if a building division grading permit can be issued with or without conditions. If you have any questions please call me at 771-0220 Sincerely, Jerry aterlie Building Inspector • Incorporated August 11, 1890 0 Sister Cities International — Hekinan, Japan -,-,)015 , -..o.s 6 .no • • • , t - 40.1j/b
