The baskets had been removed from the walkway access to her condo and were hanging from the ceiling. Per her conversation with you the baskets were checked to see if they were hung at a minimum 7 feet off the floor. Both were at approximately 6 feet 8 inches. I moved one of the baskets up to the 7-foot level and Ms. Lirette said she would reposition the other. I did a walk through the rest of the complex and noted the flower pots you referenced in your pre citation letter to Joyce Ward, Dorchester Homeowner's Condo Assoc., had been removed from the hallways. I attempted to contact Ms. Ward at #26 but she was not in. I left my card on her door. Incident settled by letter and follow-up contact. A fire inspector from the Edmonds Fire Department will make a reinspection at the Dorchester Condominiums on February 5 to determine if the, necessary corrections have been made. If the necessary corrections have not been completed by 5:00 p.m. on that date, a citation will be issued. This would require an appearance by you in court.
