Judy Shuman, 17513 - 76th Ave. N,, complained about a neighbor
"filling" a drainage channel while clearing trees, A letter from her
and a copy of the short plat showing the "natural drainage" channel aro
Ottaohed.
I visited the site at her request and saw that the channel appeared to
have been recently blocked. Areas of her yard were saturated with
gp#Undwater. Please investigate and determine if a violation of the
Uniform Building Code, Chapter 70, occurred.

As requested, please find enclosed copy of Short Plat showing
the "natural drainage" which at this time, is blocked and causing
a serious problem on the south side of my property. When I bought
the property we dug a. trench along that side which dra=ined into the
creek and that took care of the problem.
