SUBJECT: FILL BLOCKING DRAINAGE CHANNEL TO 17613 - 76TH AVE, W.
Judy Shuman, 17513 - 76th Ave. N,, complained about a neighbor
"filling" a drainage channel while clearing trees. 8 letter from her
and a copy of the short plat showing the "natural drainage" channel are
attachad.
I visited the site at her request and saw that the channel appeared to
have been recently blocked. Areas of her yard were saturated with
groWndwater. Please investigate and determine if e violation of the
Uniform Building Code, Chapter 70, occurred.

Dear Mr. Walker,
As requested, please find enclosed copy of Short Plat showing
the "natural drainage" which at this time, is blocked and causing
a serious problem on the south side of my property. When I bought
the property we dug a trench along that side which drained into the
creek and that took care of the problem.
