to hold the City of Edmonds harmless from any injuries, damages, or claims of any
kind or description whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, that may be made against
the applicant or the City of Edmonds, or any of its departments or employees,
including or not limited to the defense of any legal proceedings including defense
costs, court costs, and attorney fees by reason of granting this permit.
Upon issuance of this permit, the contractor is responsible for workmanship and
materials for a period of one year following the final inspection and acceptance
of the restoration by the Engineering Division.
Funds held from the Security Deposit ,(estimated restoration fee) will be held until
the final street patch is completed, at which time a debit or credit will be
processed for issuance to the applicant.
Work is subject to inspection and restoration in accordance with City Code. A
24-hour notice is required for inspection by Engineering. Call 775-2525, ext. 220.
I understand that this permit must be available at the job site for inspection
purposes at all times.

tion Permit process. Please have your contractor or your-
selves if you plan to do the work, complete the attached
application and submit it with the $15 fee. We will then follow
with an inspection of the work when you have informed us that
the work is underway.

applicant to be wholly of a temporary nature, that it vests no permanent right whatsoever.
If the permitted use becomes dangerous or such structure shall become insecure or unsafe,
or shall not be constructed, maintained or used in accordance with the provisions of this
title, the same may be revoked and the structure and obstructions ordered removed by order
of the City Engineer. If this application is for a specified period of time, the terms
of said application is:

or had the opportunity to read, Chapter 6.40 of the Edmonds City Code, attached herewith,
and understands that all terms of that Ordinance are incorporated herein as if set forth
in full and this application and permit therefore are subject to the terms of that Chapter
of the Edmonds City Code.

Existing driveway on east side of home will be used as parking
area for visitors but will be separated from the house by
a small hedge of Pyramidallis running approximately 4 feet out and
parallel the carport. (12 plants - 3 feet apart).
New driveway approach will be from the easement running on the
south side of our residence. We will need to pave a small
driveway from the easement to the existing carport.
