Drive to investigate any needed pedestrian and vehicle improvements for the area you
requested. Staff did not observe any issues with the shoulder area from the relocated
mailboxes.

Not until Mr. Spanfelner told me, did I know that your
Department had actually put in that short section of drain-
pipe to the 191st. Street drainage system. Last winter we
had a solid sheet of ice on our road: The black- top. broke
down from the freezing, causing the water,'to travel under
the paving. I had to pay for the repairs, it was on my
section of road. During the same time, I was permenantly
injured on this sheet of ice: I oould not afford either
of these episodes. At this point, I felt not much mote
damage could be done to me or my home, so I gave up.
You cant imagine my feeling of relief on'hearing that the
drainage had been properly taken dare of, Mr. Crump, I'm
sure is a fair-minded person, and will not let the stream
run down the hill, instead of into the drain -tile, in the.
wintertime, when he is not useing it to sprinkle his lawn:
The whole thing, over the years,. has caused some hard feel-
ings between you and me. I'm sorry about that: However,
