Neighborhood Notice — Continuation of 96t" Ave W Frontage Improvements
Dear Ms. Emans,
This letter is to inforin you that developers of various short plats in the area have received.
approval from the City to voluntarily continue the 96t1i Ave Improvements, where the
City left off in 2007. The work involved is equivalent in dollar value to the
improvements they would have constructed along the property frontage of their various
development projects.
The construction activity will involve extending the piped storinwater system from an
existing catch basin in front of 22718-96t1' Ave W to the north to 226t" P1 SW. The
existing open stormwater ditch in front of your property will be piped, filled in, and grass
seed will be planted.
BDZ Construction is the company that will be performing the work on behalf of the
group of developers. Their crew plans to begin construction Thursday, July 22" d with an
estimated completion date of Friday, July 30"'. If you have any questions or concerns

The City will be monitoring the construction activity and will be performing on site
