The Engineering Division has completed additional review of the subject propo:
following additions and revisions need to be made prior to construction approva
1. Provide a detail for the proposed downspout infiltration systems. The King
(page 4.5.1-3) is acceptable.
2. Provide letter of acceptance or copy of approved plan for water and sewer s1
Olympic View Water and Sewer District.
3. Revise roadway section to conform to City standards by adding a 2" layer o:
surfacing, top course.
4. Show frontage improvements on 226th St. SW or propose alternative.
When the revisions/corrections are completed, be prepared to submit the original
well as returning the enclosed red -lined drawing. A cost estimate must be subm
approved for bonding purposes and to allow the City to calculate the review and
fee. If there are any questions, do not hesitate to contact me at 771-0220.
