i Mavor Harrison stated that there is an application for a rate

Mayor Harrison read a letter from a citizen expressin, dissatisfaction
with the proposed rate -increase. Councilman Welling stated that
he felt there had been a reduction in service lately and indicated

that a rate increase would not seem appropriate at this time.

Capt. Shields said that he would not look at the actual dollar
amount of the increase, but the percentage. There was no one
representing the company at the meeting, although they had been
