He said there is some storm f drainage problem in the area, however, the drainage problems will be worked out � 1 when the engineering is completed. There was general discussion on the. streets 4, and the possibility of forming an LID to improve,Andover. A gentleman in the audience stated that he represented the residents in the area, and they did not want to form an LID. Mrs. Struck of 18000 Andover was concerned about the drainage in the area and thought there should be no paving until the storm sewers are in.
