In regard to your memo dated July 18, 1977, we have the following
comments:
1. ten foot dedication required on 68th Avenue;
2, city will probably require public streets per attached
developer should justify in writing any use of minimums (ESTD

3. water mains, hydrants, and services required in new

streets,
4. street lighting per city standards required on new,,:;
streets - all wiring services to be underground;
5. drainage concepts are reasonable subject to further

6. must connect to sanitary sewer in 68th Avenue subject
to City's negotiation with Lynnwood - charges will be due for

7. walkway of crushed rock, five foot wide,.required on
