meeting. The. Commission requested that the Engineering Division
prepare a "position paper" on various aspects of the proposal.
During the•meeting•on-July 27, considerable discussion was given
to the existing soils condition, and the impact that the proposed,::'.
drainage system and ,septic•tanks-would have on this site, and -the

The position.paper was requested to. provide
general neiglneighborhood..\
backup information: to the Commission on what_the:Staff felt would
be the best drainage and sanitary systems for this site.
