in full by this reference.
Section 2. The Director of Community Development is
hereby directed to effectuate the necessary amendments to the
Official Zoning Map of the City of Edmonds, Washington, pursuant
to Section 1 of this Ordinance.
Section 3. The Parkside West PRD Phase 1 shall be
developed in conformance with the ordinances of -the City of
Edmonds and the covenants, statement of intent, dedications, con
ditions, maps., plats, plans and exhibits submitted to the City
--Council for final approval which are on file with the Department
of Community Development under File No. PRD 4-77.
Section 4. This ordinance,shall'be in full force and.
effect five (5) days after passage and publication by posting as
provided by law.
