Dear Ms. Bloch.:
RE: Notification of final approva.1--Parks-ide West.
On behalf of my clients I hereby, again, request that you send us
notice when Parkside West is to be presented for final approval.
Inasmuch as there is no established -notification ' procedure,
MY clients . must, and will, rely on your giving us notice when
final action is -to be taken. No one, I repeat no one is in
a better.position to know when the matter will be presented for
approval thanyour office. Since your office is instrumental in
the . presentation, and -since your office is an agency of the City
of Edmonds, I insist that you send us notice of when this
matter will be presented for approval. Absent notice from
your office my clients will assume that the matter has not
been presented for final approval and thus legal action is not
yet necessary.
There is no good reason why you can not send us notice and ' I -
hereby, again, for the third time, specifically request that
you do so.
