SUBJECT: PARKSIDE WEST PHASE I BUILDING PERMITS

This letter -is to clarify the status on the above building permits
for 16200, 16240, 16280, 16400, 16440 and 16480 68th Avenue West,
Edmonds.
In the letter to you dated June 16, 1981 it was stated that a new
valuation would be calculated based on the 1979 UBC 1or..the above
project andnew fees would have to be paid.. Please disregard that
statement. As long as work,has started on the project prior to

December 17, 1981 the building permits are valid and no new fees
will have be be paid. If work is not started by December 17, 1981,
the building permits will become null and void and a new permit
application will have to be applied for under hte 1979 UBC and the
Community Development Code which became effective January.l, 1981.
