The members of the Meadowdale Community Club are quite `
concerned regarding the proposed 29 unit PRD-2-78 development

`the residences ;to the west of -this proposed development
We do not wish to see a precedent set which will allow r
construction of any residential units other than single family
homes or separate.conventional building sites which conform to,
established zoning.
t The problem or fire danger and the problem 'of fighting fires ;
in this area is ever present. In view of the fact that we have
only nne road to service this extensive area, it is entirely
possible that the road would be blocked with traffic and thus
not allow fire service trucks to enter. Allowing 29 units tor,
increase the density of the area %Tithout incoming road access is
..endangering the lives of -the current residents.
We also object to the removal of 13 acres.of Edmonds rroperty �•'
from the proposed L.I.D. for sewers which is desparately needed

in the Meadowdale area. This property should be a. portion of E;
this pending L.I.D. area. y
We strongly recommend that the proposed 29 unit PRD develop- x'
