Dear Mr. Booker
The homeowners association agreements and covenants
submitted by Mr. Tom Archey are deficient in many areas.
The text appears to have been copied from another condo-
minium development which included a golf course. Many
of the details in the text are not applicable to Parkside.
West. Furthermore, the text is difficult to follow and,
suspect; will be a nightmare for non -legal homeowners
.to follow.
Thehomeowners agreements should be rewritten and
should include the covenant drafted by the Edmonds City
Attorney, a copy of which is enclosed. These items should
be completed and submitted to the Planning Division prior
to final approval of your PRD by the City Council. Final
approval must be obtained within one year from the pre-
liminary City Council approval, during which time all
Engineering and Planning requirements must be met.
