3.7 The defendants' actions as outlined above have
resulted in personal injury to plaintiffs jointly and severally.
IV.
WHEREFORE Plaintiffs request the following.relief:
4.1 That this court order and issue a writ of certiorari:
directed to the above -named defendants requiring said defendants
to promptly certify to this court a full and complete record of
the actions taken.by the defendants with regard to the preliminar,,4
and final approval of P.R.D. 2-78. i
4.2 .That this court, upon return of the writ and -after a
review of the City's action,. find and. declare City of Edmonds'.' '
actions regarding and approval of P.R.D. 2-78 null, void, and of.
no effect on the basis that the action of t:he'City of Edmonds in s
approving said application, founded. upon unlawful procedure and l

clearly erroneous for the reasons set- forth more particularly in
the causes of action alleged above...
4.3 That this Court find plaintiffs' members to have
suffered substantial and material interference to their property t
with resulting diminution in value.

4.4, For damages to the members of Plaintiff organization
in an amount to be proved at trial for their personal injury and
diminution in property value.
4.5 For Plaintiffs' costs and fees incurred herein.
4.6 For such other just and further relief as the Court
may find to be just and -equitable.
