Mrs. Block stated that the applicant, at the request of the staff, is attempting to pre- s' serve the large maple tree which now exists in the entryway. (BC) Plans for this construction involve refacing the existing entrance. and -allowing for 17 parking spaces. Mrs. Luster presented the plan which was submitted indicating the, colors which are to be used for the entrance to the restaurant. Mr. Spanfelner.requested a separate plan specifying the screening plans which are to be in- corporated. Mr. LaFon agreed that a screening plan should be sub- mitted for review showing the materials and colors which are to be used. MR. GREG SELVIDGE MOVED, SECONDED BY MR. SPANFELNER., TO AP- PROVE ADB-104-78 AS SUBMITTED SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE SCREENING FOR THE EXHAUST FANS, AIR CONDITIONING AND OTHER ROOF PENETRATIONS.
